Full-time Remote Engineering

DevOps Engineer: .curator

We're looking for a DevOps engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure behind our Unreal Engine pipeline. You'll work closely with the development team to ensure fast, reliable builds and smooth deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Unreal Engine projects
  • Automate build, testing, and deployment processes for multiple platforms
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for build farms and game services
  • Set up and maintain version control workflows (Perforce, Git LFS)
  • Monitor build performance and optimize pipeline throughput
  • Implement artifact management and binary storage solutions
  • Collaborate with developers to improve development workflows and tooling
  • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine build systems (UAT, BuildGraph)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or TeamCity)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git, Perforce)
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the game industry or with game build pipelines
  • Knowledge of Perforce administration and Git LFS at scale
  • Familiarity with console platform SDKs and certification processes
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
  • Background in network infrastructure and multiplayer game services
Full-time Remote Art

Concept Artist: .curator

We're looking for a concept artist to define the visual identity of .curator - a narrative-driven adventure set across inhabited worlds. You'll shape everything from environments and characters to props and UI mood boards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visual concepts for characters, environments, and key story moments
  • Create mood boards, color keys, and style guides for the art team
  • Design props, vehicles, architecture, and cultural artifacts for diverse civilizations
  • Collaborate with the narrative team to translate story beats into visual language
  • Produce quick sketches and polished illustrations for production and marketing
  • Iterate rapidly based on art direction feedback

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional concept art experience (games, film, or entertainment)
  • Strong foundation in composition, color theory, lighting, and perspective
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, and/or other digital painting tools (Procreate, Clip Studio)
  • Ability to work across a range of styles - from realistic to stylized
  • Experience designing for sci-fi or fantasy settings
  • Strong visual storytelling skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating environment, character, and prop design

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Unreal Engine or real-time rendering workflows
  • 3D blockout skills (Blender, ZBrush) to support concept validation
  • Familiarity with historical and cultural visual references
  • Experience working on narrative-driven or story-heavy projects
Full-time Remote Animation

3D Animator: .curator

We're looking for a 3D animator to bring the world of .curator to life. You'll craft character performances, cinematic sequences, and gameplay animations that serve the story and immerse players in the experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create character animations for gameplay - locomotion, combat, interactions
  • Animate cinematic sequences and in-game cutscenes driven by narrative
  • Develop facial animation and lip-sync for dialogue-heavy scenes
  • Work with designers to define animation state machines and blend trees
  • Collaborate with riggers and technical artists on character rigs and pipelines
  • Maintain animation quality and consistency across the project

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional 3D animation experience in games or film
  • Strong understanding of body mechanics, weight, timing, and appeal
  • Proficiency in Maya, Blender, or MotionBuilder
  • Experience with Unreal Engine animation systems (Sequencer, AnimBP, Control Rig)
  • Ability to create both realistic and stylized character performances
  • Understanding of animation pipelines and asset integration workflows
  • Demo reel showcasing character and cinematic animation work

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion capture cleanup and retargeting
  • Familiarity with procedural animation and IK systems in Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of rigging fundamentals
  • Experience with narrative-driven games or interactive storytelling
